Concise shape, elaborated to the last detail, is represented by a single space with several functional areas - living room with a fireplace, dining room, a kitchen and a bar counter. It goes without saying that separate space is allocated to the bath house facilities - a hammam, a steam room, bathroom with a shower and a dressing room.

The building has a terrace with a plunge tub as well as an ornamental pool in the front. After the bathing, you can plunge into the water and reflect on a deck-chair outside, at one with nature.

One of the main consideration at the planning stage was preserving the harmony of the natural environment.
